We're proud to be associated with world's biggest golf competition, which attracts entries from more than 41,000 young people in the UK.
The Daily Telegraph Junior Golf Championships, in association with The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, is the best tournament in the world for under-18 golfers of all abilities.
It has been running since the 1950s and, over the years, the Ryder Cup, Walker Cup, Solheim Cup and Curtis Cup teams have featured players who first made their mark in the competition.
The recent roll call is particularly impressive and includes Oliver Fisher, Justin Rose, Andrew Coltart and Mhairi McKay, who have all gone on to excel as professionals on the world stage.
From March until September every year, approximately 1000 local qualifying events are held around the country. For the lucky 21 players who get through, the climax of the championships is the chance to take on the other finalists over the world-class course at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club.
With caddies, media interest and high temperatures, it is a taste of what life is like as a professional.
